Credit card enquiry password:

Any 6 digitals formed to log in the online account service of the website of credit card, enquire the accounting information of the telephone banking of the credit card and to handle other business.

Credit card transaction password (ATM password):

If you have opened the credit card transaction password function, then such transaction password will be used for confirmation of the domestic and offshore transactions with UnionPay cards; If you don’t open the transaction password function, such transaction password (ATM password) will be used for the cash withdrawal transactions on the domestic and offshore UnionPay ATMs.

The credit card enquiry password is different with the enquiry password used for online payment (log in the personal banking of SPDB: www.spdbccc.com.cn).

The enquiry password for online payment is the enquiry password specific for online banking of SPDB (personal banking: www.spdb.com.cn) and primary enquiry password is established when handling the online banking at the counter of branches.

2、Establishment of credit card enquiry password:

Method 1:

Firstly, please ensure your credit card at hand, then, log in the website of credit card www.spdbccc.com.cn, click the “Establish/re-set credit card enquiry password” on the menu of the left top corner of the home page and set your credit card enquiry password as hinted;

Method 2:

Firstly, please ensure your credit card at hand, then, use the cellphone or family telephone registered in the credit card to dial 4008208788, select the voice menu “2. Password Service” – continue to select the sub-menu “1. Amend or re-set enquiry password” and set your credit card enquiry password as per the voice hints;

3、Establishment of credit card transaction password: 

Set or  re-set the credit transaction password for the first time:

Firstly, please ensure your credit card at hand;

Then, use the cellphone or family telephone registered in the credit card to dial 4008208788, select the voice menu “2. Password Setting” – continue to select the sub-menu “2. Amend or re-set transaction password” and set your credit card enquiry password as per the voice hints;

Amend the credit card transaction password:

Firstly, please ensure your credit card at hand;

Then, use the SPDB ATM to amend the password directly;

Or, dial 4008208788, select menu “2. Password setting” – continue to select sub-menu “2. Amend or re-set transaction password” and set your credit card enquiry password as per the voice hints.
